AlwaysTivi Copyright and DMCA Policy

Last updated: October 25, 2026

AlwaysTivi respects the rights of copyright owners. This page explains how to tell us about content you believe infringes your copyright, what a notice must contain and how a counter-notice works.

Our policy

When we receive a complete and valid notice, we review it promptly and take appropriate action, which can include removing or disabling access to the content concerned. Users who repeatedly infringe the rights of others may have their access ended.

What a notice must contain

To be handled, a notice must include the following.

1. Your contact details

Your full name, and how we can reach you (your WhatsApp number or another way to contact you). If you act for a rights holder, say who you represent.

2. The protected work

A description of the copyrighted work you believe is being infringed, or a list of works if there are several.

3. Where the content is

Enough detail for us to find the content concerned, such as the channel or title name and the date and time it was available.

4. Your statements

  • A statement that you believe in good faith that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
  • A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

How we handle a notice

We check that the notice is complete, review the content concerned and act on it as quickly as we reasonably can. We may contact you if information is missing. Where appropriate, we let the user concerned know.

Inaccurate notices

A notice that knowingly misrepresents that content is infringing may make its sender liable for the damages that result. Make sure the content really infringes your rights before you send a notice.

Counter-notice

If you believe content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you can send a counter-notice containing:

  • your name and how we can reach you;
  • a description of the content that was removed and where it was before;
  • a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe in good faith the content was removed by mistake or misidentification;
  • your physical or electronic signature.

Sending a notice

Send your notice or counter-notice to our team through the contact page, which opens WhatsApp. Start your message with "DMCA notice" so it reaches the right person quickly.
