AlwaysTivi IPTV setup on all your devices
Pick your device and follow the steps with the login sent by email. It takes less than 5 minutes, and the team helps on WhatsApp 24/7 if you get stuck.
AlwaysTivi: what you need for IPTV setup
Setting up AlwaysTivi takes four things and no technician. The email you get after ordering your AlwaysTivi subscription has the most important one; get these four ready:
- Your AlwaysTivi login: your login and password, sent by email once payment is through (check your spam folder too)
- A compatible device: Amazon Fire TV and Fire TV Stick, Android TVs, boxes, phones and tablets, Smart TVs (LG, Samsung, Sony and others), iPhone, iPad, Mac and other Apple devices, MAG boxes, Nvidia Shield and Google Chromecast or Windows and Mac computers (through an Android emulator)
- A stable internet connection, ideally wired (Ethernet) for a TV
- An IPTV player app: the team tells you which one suits your device on WhatsApp
How does IPTV work?
IPTV brings TV over your internet connection, with no satellite dish or cable box. The ITU defines it as "multimedia services such as television/video/audio/text/graphics/data delivered over IP-based networks". AlwaysTivi provides the channels, movies and series; your player app displays them. No app provides content on its own: you need an AlwaysTivi subscription.

You sign in to the app once with your login and password, and it loads everything: live channels, movies and series, and the TV guide.
AlwaysTivi: which IPTV app for your device?
Player apps differ from one device to the next, and not every app exists on every device. Rather than a one-size-fits-all list, the team tells you which app to install on yours.
Message the team on WhatsApp with your device: they tell you which app to install and how to sign in with the login and password from your email. It takes less than 5 minutes.
Ask the team on WhatsAppInstall safely: AlwaysTivi tips
- Install apps only from your device's official app store, the app developer's official website or a link the team sends you on WhatsApp — never from an unknown site.
- If your device asks you to allow apps from unknown sources, allow it only for the one app you need, and switch it off again once your player is installed.
- Never post your password or your login details in a public message or a screenshot.
- No player app provides content on its own: the channels come from your AlwaysTivi subscription.
AlwaysTivi IPTV setup for Fire TV Stick
Fire TV devices install apps from the Amazon Appstore. Some player apps aren't listed there; Fire OS can still install them once you allow apps from unknown sources for the app that downloads them.
- Ask the team on WhatsApp which player app to use on your Fire TV and where to get it.
- If it's in the Amazon Appstore, search for it from the Home screen (Find) and select Get or Download.
- If it isn't, go to Settings → My Fire TV → Developer options and turn on the unknown-apps setting for the app the team names. On some models, Developer options only appears after you open About and select your device name several times.
- Open the player, choose its sign-in option, and type the login and password from your email exactly as sent, with no space before or after.
- Let the channel list load (the first time can take a minute), then start a channel.
Typing on the remote is slow: the Fire TV app on your phone can act as a keyboard.

Android TVs, Android boxes, phones and tablets install apps from Google Play. On Android TV and Google TV, open the Google Play Store (or Apps → Get more apps) on the TV itself.
- Ask the team on WhatsApp which player app to use on your Android device.
- Open Google Play, search for the app and install it.
- Open the app and sign in with the login and password from your email, typed exactly as sent.
- Wait for the channels and the TV guide to load the first time, then pick a channel.
The steps on a Fire TV Stick are very similar. See the Fire TV Stick guide

AlwaysTivi IPTV on Smart TV: LG, Samsung, Sony
Each TV brand has its own app store: Samsung TVs use the Apps section of Smart Hub, LG TVs use the LG Content Store, and Sony TVs run Google TV or Android TV with Google Play. Not every player app exists on every TV brand, so check with the team before you install.
- Tell the team on WhatsApp your TV brand and model: they tell you which app works on it.
- Open your TV's app store (Smart Hub on Samsung, LG Content Store on LG, Google Play on Sony), find the app and install it.
- Open the app and sign in with the login and password from your email.
- Connect the TV with an Ethernet cable if you can: it's usually steadier than Wi-Fi.

AlwaysTivi on MAG boxes, Nvidia Shield and Chromecast
MAG set-top boxes don't install apps: they load a portal set in the box's own settings menu (Settings → Servers → Portals). Nvidia Shield runs Android TV, and Chromecast with Google TV runs Google TV, so both install apps from Google Play.
- MAG box: tell the team on WhatsApp you have a MAG box; they tell you exactly what to enter in the portal settings. Restart the box when asked.
- Nvidia Shield or Chromecast with Google TV: ask the team which app to use, install it from Google Play, then sign in.
- On every device, type your login details exactly as sent by email.

AlwaysTivi on Windows and Mac computers
On a Windows or Mac computer, AlwaysTivi runs through an Android emulator: a program that runs Android apps on your desktop. On a Mac, you can also look in the App Store (see the Apple guide).
- Download an Android emulator from its developer's official website and install it.
- Open the emulator and sign in to Google Play inside it.
- Ask the team on WhatsApp which player app to use, install it from Google Play in the emulator, and sign in with the login and password from your email.
Nothing plays? Allow the emulator in your antivirus or firewall.

AlwaysTivi: common IPTV setup problems and fixes
The six most common cases. Still stuck? Message the team on WhatsApp, 24/7.
The picture stutters or freezes
Use an Ethernet cable rather than Wi-Fi if you can, especially on a TV, and restart the device and your router. If a channel still stutters, switch it from 4K to HD in the app.
"Invalid login" when signing in
Most often a space slipped in before or after the username or password during copy-paste. Type each field by hand, exactly as in your email.
The channel list stays empty
The first load can take a minute. Refresh or reload the playlist in the app; as a last resort, remove the profile and sign in again.
No TV guide
Turn on the TV guide (EPG) in the app's settings if it has the option, then refresh it manually.
It worked, then stopped
Restart the device and your router. If it's still not working, message the team on WhatsApp with your device and the time it stopped.
Watching on another device
Each plan covers 1, 2 or 4 devices, depending on the plan you chose. Need more? Ask the team on WhatsApp about a plan with more devices.
AlwaysTivi: your questions about IPTV setup
How do I set up IPTV on my TV?
It depends on the TV. A Samsung TV installs apps from Smart Hub, an LG TV from the LG Content Store, and a Sony, Android TV or Google TV set from Google Play; a Fire TV Stick uses the Amazon Appstore. Message the team on WhatsApp with your device: they tell you which app to install and how to sign in with the login and password from your email. It takes less than 5 minutes.
Which IPTV app should I use?
The one the team recommends for your device: not every app exists on every device. Message the team on WhatsApp with your device: they tell you which app to install and how to sign in with the login and password from your email. It takes less than 5 minutes.
How long does IPTV setup take?
Less than 5 minutes per device, with the team's help on WhatsApp. The first load of the channels and the TV guide can then take about a minute.
Where do I find my AlwaysTivi login?
Your login and password are sent by email once payment is through; check your spam folder too. Can't find them? Message the team on WhatsApp.
How ordering worksIs an IPTV app enough to watch TV?
No. A player app only shows what your subscription provides: it has no channels of its own. You need an AlwaysTivi subscription, or a free trial to try it.
Request a free trialDo I need a satellite dish or extra hardware for AlwaysTivi?
No: there's no satellite dish or cable box to install. AlwaysTivi streams over your internet connection to the device you already own.
Need help setting up AlwaysTivi?
Tell the team your device and the step where you're stuck: they help on WhatsApp 24/7. No login yet? Ask for a free trial, or start with 1 month on 1 device for $15.
