This policy explains what personal data AlwaysTivi handles through this website (always-tivi.com) and when you order, ask for a free trial or contact our team, why we use it, how long we keep it and what your rights are. Please also read our terms of service.
1. The data we collect
We only collect the data we need to set up, manage and support your subscription:
- your email address, where your login and password are sent;
- your WhatsApp number, the name on your WhatsApp profile and the messages you exchange with our team, since orders, free trials and support all go through WhatsApp;
- your order details: the plan you chose, the order date and the login assigned to you;
- anything you choose to tell us for setup or support, such as your device or the app you use.
Your email address is only used to send your login and to manage your subscription: it is never sold or passed on to advertisers.
2. WhatsApp buttons and forms
The order, trial and contact buttons on this site, and its forms (contact, trial request), don't send us anything by themselves: they open WhatsApp with your message already written, and you decide whether to send it.
To do that, they go through a short redirect on this site that hands the pre-filled text to WhatsApp (for example the plan you chose, or the name, device and message you typed into a form). Like any page address, that text can appear in the server's technical logs described below.
Messages sent on WhatsApp are handled by WhatsApp, under its own privacy policy.
3. Payment
Our team explains how to pay when you order on WhatsApp. Payment data is handled by the payment provider you pay through, under its own privacy policy. Never send your full card details in a WhatsApp chat.
4. Cookies and technical data
This site uses no analytics tool, no advertising cookies and no marketing pixels, so it shows no cookie banner.
Like any website, the host may record technical connection data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) in its server logs, for security and to keep the site running.
Third-party services you open from this site, such as WhatsApp or an app store, may set their own cookies under their own rules. You can view, block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings.

- with the payment provider used for your payment, limited to what the payment needs;
- with the technical providers that run the service and host this website;
- with the authorities, when the law requires it.
7. How long we keep it
We keep your data for as long as your subscription is active, then for as long as needed to handle any follow-up (support, renewal, refund) and to meet our legal obligations. Data we no longer need is deleted.
8. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your data against loss, misuse and unauthorized access. No system is perfectly secure, so keep your login and password to yourself.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- access the data we hold about you;
- have it corrected if it's wrong;
- have it deleted when we no longer need it;
- object to or restrict some uses of it;
- receive a copy of it in a usable format.

10. Children
The service is meant for adults. We don't knowingly collect data from children.
